How do i open a account?

I’ve received no confirmation, what do I do?
It usually takes about 15 minutes before your booking confirmation comes through. If after 15 minutes you still have not received a confirmation email, you could email the relevant salon via our contact form.
Where’s my hairdresser?
If you are looking to book your usual hairdresser, but cannot find him or her on the list, it simply means that he or she does not work that day, or is fully booked.
What do I use the “remarks†box for?
This is where you may confirm what treatment you’re looking for, but note that the “remarks†box is not meant for changes to your treatment request.*
I can’t find the treatment I want!
Online booking is very new and is constantly being developed. It is therefore possible that certain treatments are yet to be listed. Of course you’re more than welcome to make an appointment by phone.
